Paige Carrara, the founder of Blush Vermont, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in April 2016, establishing a brand that has become synonymous with luxury, precision, and outstanding service. Since then, Blush Vermont has redefined the full-service salon experience, setting a standard for elegance and excellence.

In the fall of 2022, Paige expanded her offerings with the launch of the Blush Beauty and Bridal lines, taking salon and bridal services to unprecedented levels of sophistication.

Blush Vermont's second location operates exclusively at Mountain Top Resort, providing a high-end, personalized experience with a focus on stunning wedding services and luxurious spa treatments.

Continuing her vision, Paige opened Skin Vermont in 2024, a luxurious spa located in Rutland, Vermont that offers advanced skincare treatments in a tranquil, upscale setting. This is where she introduced her skincare line, Skin Vermont, which is driven by results and brings a scientific approach to skincare.

Committed to nurturing the next generation of beauty professionals, Paige founded Blush University, an apprenticeship program that provides hands-on training and state-approved curriculum in cosmetology, esthetics, and nail technology. Collaborating closely with the state of Vermont, she designed the program to be partially or fully funded for students, enhancing accessibility for aspiring beauty professionals to obtain licensure and thrive in the industry.

Beyond her ownership role, Paige actively engages in teaching, mentoring her team, and offering personalized services to her clients. Her relentless dedication to education and excellence has firmly established Blush Vermont and Skin Vermont as a leader in the Vermont beauty industry, inspiring both clients and future beauty professionals alike.
